First, take note that Daniel Pink’s new book, A Whole New Mind, is available. I got my copy last week and am enjoying it. Right now he is experiencing an MRI as a test subject in brain research.
Second, I have been rapidly reading an oustanding book by Nancy L. Thomas entitled, “When Love is Not Enough — A guide to parenting children with Reactive Attachment Disorder.” Excellent, practical, a complete how-to for folks whose kids show signs of having been damaged by parental neglect, isolation during childhood due to a variety of possible disruptions, etc.
Third, I’m ready to plow into some first-person historic records — Manasseh Cutler’s 2-volume memoirs.
